WHAT ARE YOUR REQUIREMENTS?
We help you to purchase the right version of ACT! to fit your needs, whether you are using it on a network, over the Internet or on a handheld device. We will conduct a needs assessment, which is the most critical component of the project. During the assessment we learn the details of your internal processes, your critical information requirements, your automation requirements, and the data migration and/or conversion requirements. Once we have come to an agreement as to project outline, the client is asked to sign off on the outline which contains the specifics of the project.

WHAT ARE YOUR DATABASE NEEDS?
We design the layout and the database structure to fit your business.  The database build is done off-site, where the backend of the database is structured and items such as labels, envelopes and custom templates are then created. Data conversions from an old product into ACT! is something we can easily accomplish with a detailed explanation of the process and the potential results.  We fit ACT! into your way of doing business, you don't fit your business into ACT!
